Hotel is in convenient location (just a few blocks from the AirFrance bus stop) with Metro nearby, too. Staff was terrific. Hotel is clean and quiet - verrrry nice time in Paris.

I loved the Elysees Union Hotel. It was close to the Boissiere Metro and an easy walk to the Arche de Triomphe and on the opposite side, the Trocadero area.
It is a small, clean and tidy hotel, and found the hotel staff helpful and professional. They don't have a concierege but I found them to be helpful nonetheless.
I didn't need much help, but witnessed the front desk clerk rounding up taxis for a big family, when she had a lot going on at the front desk.
It was pretty and old world, and it was perfect for me.

Excellent hotel. Staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke English. Room decent with view of the Eiffel Tower. Location great! Many sites within walking. The subway is nearby and easy to negotiate, once you take the plunge. The entire city can be visited easily and cheaply via the Metro. But Paris is so beautiful you will want to walk as much as possible. You will not be disappointed to stay at Elysses Union.
Great vacation and celebration of 30 years of marriage in a most beautiful city.
Perfect location, great staff, must stay here again!

My first visit to Paris! Staff very very helpful and location awesome; walked between the Arc d'Triomphe and the Eiffel tower (with ease ) I'm 64. Room number 617 I think. Could see the sparkling HID lights on the Eiffel at night, very romantic ;-) Breakfast in the bsmt over priced IMO. After the first day, I walked down and had a breakfast at LeCoq cafe on the Trocadero? traffic circle (across from the Musee' du Man?). Great place to watch Parisians as they hurry off to work. The area between the two museums here was very popular with tourists and me: ;-) Used extensivley in tv and movies. Excellent view of the Eiffel, it's larger than it looks! I rode the l'open tour buses (kinda greenish yellow) extensively and to figure out where everything was....forgot my electric razor and the staff quickly obtained an appt for a real shave up on the connecting street. Shopping was great and I hated leaving. Hope to return, again soon and this will be my choice of hotels.
