Nothing special. A room. A bed. A television. (No coffee pot. No hair dryer.) A pool (of which I did not avail). A boring location (albeit convenient). Servicable; and at the price, economical, what with the price of rooms in Rehoboth Beach proper. I did appreciate the large, oval, whirlpool bathtub with my room. It's a place.

I stayed here with my family. I opened the sofabed and it had dirty linens with hair all over it. I called the front desk at abot 1030pm, no one answered, so I went to the front desk. The girl was on her cell phone and saw me coming and hid in the back. The front door was locked and I could not get it and she would not aswer the phone. It was an oncomfortable night with my husband and I squeezing on a cot. The next morning I wanred an explanation from the manager, I did get half of my money back. BEWARE....YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET. The rate was cheap, so I got cheap.

Overpriced during the summer but nice. I paid $* a night on a Tuesday night in July. The room was quite nice with a sitting area with a couch and tv separate from the bedroom. It also had a fridge and microwave. However, there was some mildew and water damage on the wall near the shower. Something you wouldn't expect for a $* night hotel. Close proximity to restaurants and the beach.

Had an extended stay and was satisfied, after I Fab breezed everthing. Cleaning staff was very cooperative in providing what was needed. There weren't chocolates on my pillow, but there were a lot of cheerful smilling faces. I did a lot of my eating in the room, and did much of the house keeping, made me fill more at home for the long stay. I know most people wouldn't consider do any cleanup at a hotel room, but it made me feel like I had a real residence instead of a room.

Considering it's location, off rt 1highway, it is a short drive to the beach, which is worthwhile if you are trying to save on room rates. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Great for a family vacation or for a couple's get away.
