Our rooms were very clean and the service was a 10! Didn't have to fight for a spot on the beach or by the pool. Just the right amount of guests and not alot of loud teens.

I was at this hotel 2 years ago. I could not ask for anything better. The entire staff was so hard working and always had a smile, especially the cleaners. I felt so welcomed. When I read certaon reviews, I wonder if its the same hotel or things have changed since my stay. The food was great, unlimited drinks. Service on the whole was 100%. The only problem I had was that I was not told that I had to inform them 24hrs in advance of my depapture in order to be transported, although my package ncluded free roundtrip to the airport. They however put me in a taxi, the driver , actually was demanding how much tip I should give him and I resented to the highest because I did not think he deserved it . He was unruly and I even had to ask him to put out his cigarette. I wish I can mention the names of some employees. These guys were so great.

Worst mistake of my life! My hotel room was infested with BEDBUGS! They were all over the walls and furniture and in the beds. Now thanks to this hotel I have to throw away all my clothes and expensive luggage. At first I thought I was just getting mosquito bites, but I was wrong. I had to take a closer look because they are very tiny. I told the front desk and they didn't even offer me an apology. My advise is DON'T STAY HERE! It can ruin your life. It looked nice and I read all the other positive reviews but those guests were just lucky. Don't take the chance I took!

We had a great time.I can say nothing bad about the staff and their hotel.There was no stealing,nothing dirty,the staff were top notch.IF you wanted a 5 star then walk up the road.Dont put down a hotel that works hard and puts alot of effort into their business.
