Not awful but....

This hotel was kinda old and run down. Also, one of my main preferences when booking a hotel is free breakfast. The breakfast was not so good. The eggs were a strange consistency and the bacon was paper thin.
The room was just so so. The staff are the only reason that I'm rating this hotel a three star rather than a one star. All of the staff were pleasant and friendly.

The Hotel was filthy, the staff was rude and the pool was a joke. We were so disappointed in this hotel we didn't even stay. We were told that we could cancell our reservations, which we did and checked in at another Hotel, down the street to. We are so angry that our account has been charged for two nights and after talking with the Hotel and Travel website, this matter is stil unresovled. .

We arrived at the hotel early on day of arrival but without asking the the hotel staff booked us into our room rioght then. The staff was very polite and courteous. The morning breakfast was more then one would hope to find for a continental breafast- hot eggs, bacon, and sausage and bisquits and gravy, not to mention the usual fare of sweet rolls, muffins, toast, cereal, juice, coffee, milk, you name it- and like others have said, they constantly replensh the counter so you never have to wait for an item that runs out- very impressive. The rooms, we had a suite, was very nice and comfortable, the bath very adequate, it accommmated two adults, two preteens and two teens with no problems. Hookup to the wireless internet was very nice touch and no extra fee. Had no problems with this service. Hotel was a easy 15 minute walk to Disneyland and California Anventure, posed no problem for us. Highly reccommend this Hotel if you do not require fancy accommadations. This will be my first choice on a future return visit. also though not publicised, they will hold your bags if you have a late departure, another good feature.
