We had a wonderful time at LaQuinta. The Continental breakfast was wonderful, the rooms were clean, and the service was nice. The Hot tub heater went out during our stay, so that was a little disappointing. Even though there were many people there, we had very restful nights.

We spent the weekend in Ashland for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival the weather was perfect. La Quinta Inn and Suites has ample parking. The Lobby was very cozy and inviting with a view of the indoor pool. free internet right off the lobby was a plus. The room was comfortable and plush. More chairs for the breakfast room would make it better for the morning breakfast crush.

We booked months in advanced and specifically asked for a room away from stairs or vending machines, and when we arrived, we were across the hall from both. Woman behind front desk with manager nametag was very rude and made no eye contact. Hallway smelled like a restroom, and room smelled like old food, later explained by dirty dishes left in convenient dishwasher.

I travel with my dog and the people and accommodations at this hotel couldn't have been better. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I definitly will stay there again.

We were disappointed there was no roll away available when we checked in. We had requested one when we made the reservation. There just happened to be someone over hear me asking at the front desk. They knew of an unused roll away in one of the rooms they had previously stayed. The front desk blamed housekeeping for the error. I'm just thankful we got what we ordered after 2 hours of trying to find out why we didn't have one in the room.
