Great stay, clean place, great value, just need to pay attention to the streeet names so you don't get lost finding the place. Staff was freindly and helpful. Will stay there again on next visit.

The staff were nice. The room was okay, it had an unpleasant smell. The beds made a horrible squeak/groan everytime you moved. The kitchen did not have enough untensils and there was no oven. The price was great.

Second time we have stayed here, not nearly as nice as the first time. The service was a little hostile, but it was 10:30 at night. We asked for ground floor rooms, as we travel with someone who is disabled and was told there was not any available and that was it. No sorries, no we can try something. Kind of, well, hostile. But I would still recommend this place. They might have had an off day. Very neat, clean, and a GREAT DEAL!

I truly do. I recommend this hotel to anyone that is traveling to Lakeland or Orlando or the near vicinty. Friendly, courteous staff. Lovely, clean, big rooms. Comfortable beds, pillows that aren't rocks. There is so much that I could tell you abot this hotel, but it won't fit! Stay Here!!
