We were very impressed with our hot-tub room. The price was reasonable and the room was clean and quiet. The location was also good. The lady at the front desk was so nice and friendly. They had a nice breakfast too. I would definitly stay there again.

Unfortunately, we found this motel to leave a lot to be desired. It appeard to be a very old motel. The room was clean (thank goodness), but the room had a terrible odor that was competely overpowering. We determined that it was likely from a leaking air conditioner that left the carpet with a terribl. We ended up buying a scented candle to try and get rid of the odor, but it did not help much. The location was in a very industrial part of Fort Collins, and we did not feel particuarly safe in the area. The bathroom door in our room showed signs of having been kicked in at one time. The bed was also not particularly comfortable. The room was WAAAYYY overpriced!!! Unfortuntately, we would definetely never stay in this motel again, and we do not recommend it to others!

We rented one of the hot tub rooms, very romantic, plenty of towels. The room was spacious with a comfortable couch and table. Check in was very easy, staff very pleasent and effiecient. The bed was a little hard but I find that to be true of most hotel/motels. The coffee and pastries in the lobby at checkout was a pleasent surprise in the morning. It is unfortunate that the resturant is not currently open. I hope they can find someone to operate the resturant as that would make the facility just about complete.

Was a little disappointed. The bed was horrible, you could feel the springs everytime you moved, no coffee pot in room. Apparently they could not afford to pay anyone to plow snow or shovel snow from sidewalks. We went down the street and got a much nicer room for only $7 more a night.
