In our opinion, the only downside to the resort is that is is adjacent to property where people enjoy riding dirt bikes and ATVs. Between that and the sound of the ubiquitous chickens, one should not plan on sleeping late at this resort. There's so much to see and do, one wouldn't want to sleep late anyway.

The resort activities included, "A Nite of Broadway," musical excerpts from three Broadway shows, Les Miserables, South Pacific, and Phantom of the Opera, and a full buffet dinner; a free tennis clinic; "Kauaian" Punch and the Torchlighting Ceremony at the Radisson Poolside; Tropical Stretch & Energizer Session; and of course, an Orientation & Continental Breakfast.
The Pahio family was very friendly, even welcoming us to the other three Pahio resorts in Princeville. We stopped into one of them for info while taking our ride to the north.

If you are adventuresome there are helicopter rides, tube tunneling, zipping through the trees, kayaking, and so much more. There is a boat trip to see all the great waterfalls on the island. The grand canyon of Kauai is not to be missed. You can also go golfing, shopping, sightseeing, or just read a book or take a nap. You can do it all!

The bedrooms and baths are comfortable, and the kitchen is well supplied for meal preparation. There is a washer and dryer, but the area is poorly vented and the heat enters the living area, so using the dryer is only recommended for a short drying time. There is a nice TV, DVD player, and CD player in the living area. There is NO air-conditioning in the living room (only in the bedrooms), and consequently, it can be rather toasty until the evening or become warm after the morning.
