Love this hotel. Great location to everything. Asked for a certain floor and got it. Wonderful staff.

We stayed at the Chancellor for a week in April 2012 and we thought it was great. It was a perfect location in SF. Really easy to catch any public transportation. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the snacks and coffee in the lobby.

Excellent location, good price, very good service. Rooms were small but no more so than other hotels in San Francisco. Decor nice, not dated, clean rooms and rubber duckies were a nice touch!

What drew me to the Chancellor was that the hotel is completely non smoking! A few reviews I read complained about the small room and the lack of A/C but in my experience neither of these things were a problem. My first night I actually had to use ...Read more
