Great room, Great location. Friendly staff. I was surprised when asked information re: conference I was attending the desk had no information. Would like the front desk to be better informed re: events.

This hotel is centrally located with a nice suite arrangement. The living and dining area were large. The staff was very helpful. It is co-located with a retail area below an adjoining office building. I would definitely stay here again.

Went to Ottawa Blues Festival and was able to walk home from concert. My only complaint was the smoking smell in the room, but otherwise a nice place. Liked the apples at the front desk.
