This Hotel is extremely overrated, the staff could be more friendly, it was an extremely long wait to get drinks, the casino is not very big. You have to take a taxi if you want go anywhere outside of the hotel.

Loved staying at the Palms however beware of being billed for mini bar charges that are erronious. Every day there were $35-$40 in charges and I never even opened the mini bar unit. I would have to go to the front desk to get these charges credited ...Read more

the hotel room was a disappointment. The beds were full size beds instead of queen size beds for 3 adults. No flat screen television. No coffee maker. No desk.
