It was just "ok"

  • 2 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • April 25, 2011
Quote: The room was clean but the design of their handicapped shower flooded the entire bathroom floor every time anyone showered and we had to use towels to mop up the water on the floor. The breakfast was great, probably one of the best hotel breakfasts... Read the full Embassy Suites Washington D.C. - Chevy Chase Pavilion review

Access to Metro was most convenient.

Quote: Great shopping area and access to metro. Also stayed 1 night at a less expensive hotel- without close metro access, without nearby restaurants and shopping...and didn't enjoy at all. Will stay here again.

Overall positive

Quote: A bit uneven. Maybe my negatives would be minor to others, considering the rate vs other DC hotels. They charge you for the internet, and parking, but that's weighed against an awesome fresh-cooked breakfast! The building is a combo lobby/shopping... Convenient to all the DC sights!

Quote: I loved this hotel, near enough to the heart of DC but not so close to get caught in all the traffic and noise. Convenient to the Metro, and in a great neighborhood where I felt perfectly safe walking everywhere. When I visit DC again, I will...
