If you have to actually find the staff, start with outside talking on their cell phone. If that doesn't work, look in the (closed) breakfast room where they'll probably be be chomping on a bag of McDonalds.

A decent, nice place in a resort town for a reasoanble price. Free breakfast, pleasant staff. Yes, I would stay there again and probably will in a month or so.
