Nice Hotel, Great Value, too bad about Room Service

The restaurant was disappointing. Food arrived burned and had to be returned to the kitchen. Room service was inexplicably unavailable. The breakfast request form was on my bed, but when I put it out, it was not picked up for the next morning. This was a big inconvenience, as my schedule was tight.

We stayed here based on previous reviews and it was awesome. It was comfortable, the room was big, the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in at a Hotel. The staff were friendly, the dining room was cozy and the menu had a few, but very yummy options. I would recommend this clean, comfortable hotel to anyone, whether business or pleasure.....

The room decor seems slightly dated, but the lobby and common areas are fine. You can't beat the weekend rate. Nearby restaurant options are limited and the lobby "snack" cooler needs to be filled more frequently. The Fitness Room was adequate, but the Business Center should be made available 24 hours. Matress and linens were better than expected, though "Full", not "Queen" size in the double room.

Rooms were dark & small. Found hair in the bathroom. Non smoking room smelled like smoke.
