Didn't get the room promised.

I was traveling with my wife and 15 year old son. We were supposed to get a 2 room suite which was booked a month in advance. When we arrived we were told that the suite was not available because another party "extended" their stay. We were given 2 rooms instead so that one of us stayed with our son while the other slept alone. Won't stay here again.

This was the best hotel we've stayed at. We had a 2 bedroom suite that was huge and very comfortable. each bedroom had its own bathroom and tv. The room was well insulated, we felt like we were the only ones in the hotel. The Springfield attractions were a short drive from the hotel and resturaunts were within easy walking distance. This hotel is highly recommended!
