poor customer service

Our room was very comfortable and clean although I didn't find the hotel overall to be as clean as I expect from a comfort inn and there was almost no customer service. My husband cut his foot badly in the pool area, I called the front desk for bandages and ointment which were delivered but no one asked how my husband was, the incident was not report to management, no incident report was filled out and the pool area was not cleaned. The fire alarm in our room went off and when I called the front desk they couldn't have been less interested and it took some pursuing on my part for someone to come check it out. When I complained to management no one apologized and we were told that these were training issues. I will not be returing to find out if they have trained their staff any better.

I stay in this motel often. We stay as a couple or with grandchildren. The service is great and for the price a luxury room. Mattress is comfortable, adequate amount of pillows. The breafast bar includes fruit, cerals, beverages, biscuits and gravy as well as waffles. The staff are always friendly and courteous. For the price this motel exceeds all others in Lincoln.

Rooms need more soundproofing. Noisy! Management needs to learn customer service. Employees could do the same. My worst stay ever. I will never again stay at any hotel affiliated with this company. By contrast the Sheraton Hotel chain is by far tops and I have never had a bad night at any of their hotels.
