Veryfriendly, helpful staff. Very clean and a good breakfast is provided.
the location is close to the airport with access to major interstates nearby.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The staff are especially friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to the airport and downtown. Nice clean room. The pool and spa are great. Very good breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

forget the rest and just stay here. It is so very hard to find anything critical to say about this hotel and ALL of there employees. It was just such a wonderful experience for my family. The ENTIRE staff was so nice and helpful about everything. We traveled with 3 kids and the use of the pool was great. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. It was clean and the staff would continually check the food to make sure everything was stocked as well as come by our table to see if everything was alright. The maid service was superior and friendly. I am usually the one walking down the hall saying good morning to the maids, but at this hotel, they maids are the ones that are saying good morning and asking if everything was alright with the rooms. The front desk staff was so helpful with directions and suggestions on just what to do in Memphis. Our luggage was lost at the airport, and the staff made sure that we had all the essentials that we needed as well as letting us know where we can go to get some other items. When our luggage was finally find (2 days later), it was waiting for us in our room. This might seem like a tiny little thing, but it sure meant a lot to us that these people care enough to take our bags up to our rooms instead of us having to come down and get them. If i have one criticism, is that the place is starting to look a little old. BUT everything was still very clean. The Bell Captain was informing me that they are planning a renovation, which i am sure will take care of that. TRUST ME just stay Here.. EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Holiday Inn Express was a great stay! I was stuck overnight at the Memphis airport and was lucky enough to have stumbled upon a stay at this hotel. The staff here went ABOVE and beyond the call of duty to help people like myself. They were courteous, cheerful, and so helpful. The rooms were very roomy, the beds were very comfortable, the linens were soft and clean, and there were plenty of soft towels and ammenities in the bathroom. They had a very good breakfast available (and available for long hours)! I can not tell you enough how much the staf at this hotel actually cared about all the people who were abandoned by the airlines and tried to make them as comfortable as possible due to the circumstances. The airport shuttle driver even personally called me in the morning to make sure I was awake and would be ready to catch the shuttle back to the airport! I was impressed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel met most of my standards for our trip. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was nice. The pool was small, but served it's purpose. It could have used a good scrub down though.
