There are no plush hotels at Big bear so we didn't have very high expectations when we checked in at this best western hotel. Although I have to commend their staff, I think Penny was the name of the lady in the front desk, she was very helpful and ...Read more

My feelings are pretty neutral about the hotel. Not great, not horrible. The highlights were the fireplace in the room, the deep bath tub, and the free breakfast; the lo-lights were the hard mattress, the shared balcony, and the dripping sound in ...Read more

The staff was friendly and helpful. The receptionist was helpful when we asked for restaurant ideas, even made us a map. We had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Had a real nice time at this best western. In a sea of run down moderately priced places to stay at Big Bear this one is certainly the cream of the crop. The lobby is like walking into a 20-30's Up-Scale ball room. It's almost entirely marble and ...Read more

Front desk was not the friendliest...could be better. The room was a decent size and everthing was working properly except it had a slight musty odor. The tv was rather small and old fashioned but they did have cable. The restaurant is open in the ...Read more
