I would advise you to STAY AWAY from this hotel. Hands down this was my worst expereince with any hotel, and I have stayed in many. The staff was apathetic. The first room we were given was still being "cleaned" so we had to go all the way back to the desk to tell them. They gave us a new room... which was questionable. But at this point, we knew that everyroom was going to be the same. When we came back that night, there was no parking left anywhere. Our room keys had stopped working and the desk attendant acted as if we just asked her to carry us to our rooms.
We received 2 wake up calls at 3am and 5am... out of the blue. And at 7am, someone tried to enter our room, even though the do not disturb sign was on the door.
The most horiffying part was pulling my feet out from under the covers and finding a used band-aid attached. That is the ultimate grooss out. Proof that they did not change any sheets between travelers.
I couldn;t bring myself to take a shower there. At that point I just wanted to get out!
Finally when we checked out, they argued with us about which room we were in.
There are many, many nicer and newer hotels around the airport to choose from. Stay Away form this one!!!

We stayed at this hotel on the way back home and found it to be just fine for our family's needs. The pool was WARM and was just what the kids needed after riding in the car all day. The service was a little slow in the evening but fine overall. We felt safe and the place was fairly quiet. Comfortable, clean rooms were nice. Close by the falls and near other attractions. Only negative was it was a ways off the interstate and took a while to find. Overall, with price and quality, it was worth the extra miles to get there.
LOW Quality Inn!

Staff was VERY friendly we were highly disappointed. 35 min wait for shuttle pick up only 1 mile away, cigarette butts on floor of non-smoking hallway, shower faucets falling off tiles in bathroom, soap scum in soap holders (refused to be barefoot), STINKY in hallways and room, wallpaper peeling, decor was 1980's beach, alarm clock was unplugged, Didn't use food services or entertainment--Dialup on the lobby computer. Terrible ending to a great family vacation. Good place for students on lowest budgets possible. should be 1 star.

Houskeeping didn't vacuum or empty the trash. The room smelled bad and was in need of a major refreshing. The sink was cracked and the vanity surface coming apart.

Though near the airport this is a very quite place to stay. Indoor pool and hot tub usable even in February - great. Staff was wonderful and very helpful, a joy to be with.
