Horrible Hotel!

Horrible Hotel!
The carpet is torn and stained in the room. The room has no desk or table- when I asked the lady at the desk-she had a blank look on her face and asked me if other hotels have this. There is a 2" gap at the top of my door where bugs can get into the room- I was so tired that I just plugged it with a towl. Also, there was no remote for the tv in the room. The door opens from the outside. An extemely poor hotel that gets by because it is on the banks of the MS River in a historic city such as Vicksburg.

I wouldn't stay here again. The room was non-smoking and it still smelled awful. The carpet looked old, The shower handles worked oddly, and our sheets were never changed during a 3 night stay. There wasn't much to the breakfast and the staff seemed nice, but incompetent.

This didn't seem like a very nice hotel to me. My son and I stayed there for 3 nights and it wasn't of that good of quality people said it was. The room smelled bad and the staff didn't change our sheets the entire time we were there. The shower also operated strangely. The breakfast was questionable with the staff setting out spoiled milk one morning. All in all, it was an "Ok" experience.
