Bed was extremely comfortable. Many TV stations not normally available in hotels are available here. My only suggestion would be softer toilet paper and tissues.
Would definitely recommend to anyone!

The time i stayed there was excellent. The hotel staff was great, the front desk clerk, i believe her name was Victoria. She checked me in and from when i walked in she jumped up to greet me, anything i needed she was there to help me. My kids where disappointed that the pool was closed but we were told that they did have a whirlpool suite so i will stay in that room next time. The breakfast was awesome, fresh fruits, and plenty to choose from. The only thing that turned me away was the lack of exercise equipment, not much to choose from. And the front desk manager was there in her pajamas, i didnt think that was very professional, and she came off a little rude. But other then that i would love to stay there again!!

I appreciate the friendliness and the efficiency of the front dest. The young ladies were helpful and professional. Ms Carrie Dallas was outstanding. When I needed help in the business center, she made sure that I was able to complete my tasks in a satisfactory manner and made suggestions regarding how I could better prepare to use Best Western facilities in future visits. She went out of her way to make sure that I was successful and that the other guests in our group were satisfied, as well. I expect to return to Dallas for another meeting in February and Best Western - Duncanville will be my choice of hotels because of the staff and location. I am a retired IBM Sales Executive having visited many hotels in my 30-year career and this is one of the best hotel stays that I have had. Ms Dallas made our trip enjoyable and productive.
Frenchman

The Frenchman is a great value and great location. It's off the beaten (into the ground) path of Bourbon Street. The location is great because you're on the edge of the Quarter but in a more interesting neighborhood. The hotel has a small pool and hot tub and, unlike many Quarter hotels, is relatively quiet at night. It's also within walking distance from some great restaurants and clubs.
