Not that great...

First off, there is no pool here. So do not expect one. We were really surprised to find out that there was no indoor or outdoor pool, that seems to be a necessary addition to most hotels. It took us forever to check in, the maid left dirty towels that were not ours on our bed, the breakfast was great the first time we ordered it, the second time it came with about half the food. We called and asked and they told us that it just "changed" every day. (we went from 2 large muffins, two pieces of toast and 3 pastries in a bread basket, to only 2 pastries, thats a significant difference) definitely not worth the $15. the tuscany restaurant was very nice, the business center only includes two computers. The hotel is not in an awesome location but they have an amazing shuttle service and a concierge who was incredibly helpful. OH! And we rented a car for the day on Saturday and asked for a wake up call, it never came so we had to rush to get ready. Basically I suggest only staying here if you are here for the day, any long weekends are not worth it. We complained and they upgraded us to a suite our last night, but it was just too little too late. I wish we had spent the extra $30 a day on the Ritz-Carlton.
Loews Cherry Creek

The propert overlooks a Target and a BMW dealership; it is not in the most convenient neighborhood and is actually about 10 minutes driving time from Cherry Creek. The room service was abominable; frozen pizza and prepackaged chocolate cake.
My room overlooked the parking lot and was noisy all night.
I prefer downtown location hotels where I can take a walk or shop while not working. I found the description of the property misleading as it is clearly NOT in Cherry Creek.
The room itself was nothing special- I could have stayed at the Hampton Inn next door for less and had the same amenities.

My son and I wanted to explore Denver's surrounding areas and the Rocky Mountain National Park so we stayed just outside of the city. We had a perfect hotel experience at the updated and modern Loews Denver. Everyone was polite and helpful. We used the concierge service quite a bit and it was excellent. The restaurant, and room service, food was also extremely good. I highly recommend this hotel. An added plus is the shuttle service Loews has to take you practically anywhere you want to go. It saved us a lot in taxi fares. Our room was large and very comfortable. The bedsheets were so soft. We requested a higher floor with a view of the mountains. My pictures of the sunsets behind the mountains taken from our hotel room look like postcards.
An outstanding vacation experience

While vacationing in Denver with our dog, my wife and I found that the Loews Denver hotel offered a luxurious stay with all the amenities of a 5-star resort for pet owners. The room was lavish, spacious, and impeccably clean. The hotel staff was attentive, highly trained, and at the top of their game. Dan the concierge was excellent. He was able to book a massage and salon appointment for us at a local spa on extremely short notice; he then confirmed that we received our booking, coordinated for our transportation through the complimentary hotel shuttle, and followed up after our treatments. Also, Richard the shuttle driver was an excellent chauffeur. He gave us a thorough description of the Cherry Creek area on our way there and dropped us off at a prime shopping location. For pick up, he arrived exactly within the eight-minute arrival time that he estimated when I called. This has been the best hotel experience that we have had.

Looking at all the features, I think this is the best hotel in Denver. Clean, great service, nice rooms, great location, fair price. This is where I will always stay when in Denver.
