The hotel staff was friendly and gracious. Hotel was very clean, even the pool and hot tub areas. The bed linens were very luxurious including down pillows and comforter but the towels were not soft and actually were very scratchy. Lemon water to great you in the lobby was pleasant after a warm day on the town. Coffee in the lobby was plentiful and welcome. The concierge was very helpful in finding great places to eat and tour. Bea also helped us learn the best ways to get around town.
The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and had many choices but the melon was not ripe, bacon was burnt, eggs cooked to order were awful, and the cinnamon rolls were the type you would find at the local gas station quick shop.

Hotel was ok, a little pricey. Rooms were fairly clean but had a smell. Was stuck with the accessable shower. Breakfast buffet was not included and was around $10, a little high for a fix your own waffle and serve yourself buffet.
A little far from the river front, but was near the convention. Grounds were clean and safe.

Overall not a bad experience, but we did have problems with the housekeeping (forgot to clean our room) and the MANDATORY $12/day valet service (they could never seem to find my car). The hotel is further from River Street than I expected, just not very convenient for tourist activities.

Very nice time. Mrs. Wikes House for lunch a MUST.

The hotel appeared to be nicer than the usual Courtyard. Overall, we had a pretty good experience with only 2 complaints. The breakfast buffet was not worth the price- $8. Also, there were a couple of large roaches in our room....so disgusting! The upside--the beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Good location, 10 minute walk to River Street.
