Reasonably priced located within walking distance of Colonial Williamsburg and the marketplace. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Nice restaurant/bar. Directly across from William & Mary campus.

Room was very large, but was smoked in VERY recently, despite having asked for non smoking. Air conditioning made noise and was never really cold. Pool nice, staff nice. Would stay again, but demand non-smoking.

This hotel is close to everything in Williamsburg without being overpriced. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, and the pool was nice. Both in-hotel restaurants are very nice, especially the breakfast buffet at Papillon. This is a very romantic hotel and a great value, and I will definitely stay there again.

The Hospitality House is a time-tested hotel that still carries on traditions like doormen and bellhops. It has a beautiful lobby, two restaurants, an outdoor pool, and a (small) exercise room. It's very convient to all areas of Williamsburg, especially Merchant Square and the Colonial area.

Stayed at WHH July 4, 2006. Location is this hotel's best feature. Three blocks from Merchant's Square; across street from W&M; close enough to restaurants, Busch Gardens, Water Country. Rooms are average and slightly worn. Pool is a tiny afterthought. Staff ranged from indifferent to rude. Stay at this hotel only as a decent place to sleep and a base for other activities as it is by no means a resort or resort quality.
