Our stay here got off on the wrong foot once we got here &found out pool &hottub were closed. That was only reason we came. The room was cold, the whole building smelled of cooking and was very overwhelming on the second floor. The bathtub plug did not work nor was it ever going to work so we all had to take a shower. There was garments from the last tennants and the linen was not the freshest. The free breakfast was a joke. Mini donuts, rotten fruit, and the manager was trying to hurry the patrons along like he needed everyone out now,and this was ony 8:35 & the breakfast bar is open till 9:00. And the pool was closed!!!!!! Maybe the reservation section could let you know when animities are not available.

When we checked in the clerk said the place, "had a bad reputation and deservingly so." Well, that's just what you want to hear upon checking in. The place is surrounded by truck stops, which should tell you what kind of rep the place has. I actually felt dirtier AFTER taking my shower We had reservations for 4 nights but checked out after one and found a new hotel. And as for Choice hotels 100% satisfaction guarantee - forget about it! It was less hassel to pay for the one night than to jump through all the hoops to get my money back!

Pulling up to the motel, I was immediately concerned. The exterior was shabby with weeds growing around the property. Overflowing dumpster near the only working door away from the main entrance. The continental breakfast consisted of cheap mini donuts and a waffle maker.
