The attached restaurant had good food (only ate breakfast there). The pool was warm and enjoyable. The staff were friendly. I love that there is a VCR/DVD player in the room. Enjoyed our stay there. Also was able to see the beach from our balcony--that was fabulous!
Barking dogs--barking dogs---barking dogs! Auugh!

Surrounded by 3 rooms of yappy dogs that barked at everybody and everything that walked or flew by(all the time). Barking dogs on a balcony resonates the sound and makes it worse.
Management appologized but couldn't resolve the issue and there was no policy for unruly pets.
Housekeeping....BAD! Dishes had dried food on them. Very limited dishes pots and pans. No pot holders, cutting board, dish cloth or even a wine bottle opener. No paper towels. Nada nothing!

The hotel was exactly what we expected. We were looking for a cheap room to stay for one night. We got a good price on a VERY small room, but it was all we needed. The service was excellent. Great location on the beach, only a short and scenic walk to the main attractions in town. We will be back next time.

I stayed in a handicapped room. The bathroom had a drain in the middle of the floor. My room was close to an ice machine, which churned and crushed ice all night, every night, for the entire length of my stay. The room level was submerged partially below ground very, very dark. Also, got stuck in the elevator my first night.
