great location! went for a concert @ Harveys and was right across the street! great location for enjoying the casinos! very convenient for dining needs and liquor store runs! everything was within walking distance - with in yards! beach was around the corner, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful!

What a great place for families. My children loved breakfast and we parents loved happy hour. The private beach privileges were a pleasant surprise. Would like to stay here again.

Staff was great! Rooms were worn and in need of attention. Phone out, bedroom light out, chipped paint and worn furniture. Chlorine was so high in the pool that my kids had red, sore and watering eyes for the whole day. We overlooked all of this until we were told housekeeping only cleans room every 3 days. (We could request more frequent service.)
We pay a little more and have a higher level of expectation from this type of property. That's why we stayed here. We were very disappointed!
Expensive and not worth it

Rude staff, and the guy checking me in tried charging me $120/night for nicer linens. The hot-tub water was yellow/green. Valet parking was slow. The only nice thing I can say about it was that the complementary food/drinks were excellent and appreciated. This hotel is not worth $400/night just for the location.

From the rudeness of the valet both entering and leaving the hotel -- putting me in a room over the boiler room which was so loud, I had to be moved to another room at midnight - and was promised the room would be comped. However, on checking out, the counter person said they would not charge me for parking , (I didn't know anything about any charges for parking!!) but the room charge ($*+) would remain. When I challenged them that they had committed to me that the room would be comped (I had to move up 4 floors, in my pajamas around midnight), they refused. They said they would "check it out" and call me. They never did!!! This is far less than I would have expected from a Hilton hotel. I will never return there.?
