We enjoyed our stay here very much. Staff was very friendly and the cookies each evening were delicious. We were close enough to Opryland that it only took a few minutes to get there. We definitely would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Clean hotel, friendly, helpful staff, large, comfy rooms, EZ cab access, close to restaurants. Highly recommend.

I stayed there on business. I had a very hectic week and had to study every night. I was very pleasantly surprised at the lack of Airport noises. Room Service was very friendly and prompt. However, the beds are awful. I slept in the chair (at least part of the night) 4 of the 5 nights I stayed there.

This is a Hilton in name only it is not like any other Hiton I have stayed at. The beds are old and uncomfortable. The food from room service made me sick. When I asked for a luggage cart to be brought up I was told to come get one myself and I'm handicapped. The front desk people are rude. The jacuzzi was half full of dirty water and roped off.
