My husband and I have stayed at this hotel several times. We love it. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. If you are staying over night in Ottawa or going to Starved Rock this is a great place to stay.

I was impressed by the staff's friendliness and the breakfast choices. Our room was clean, though the maid forgot to replace the conditioner (it was half empty), but it smelled nice and looked nice.
