The Sheraton was very nice. The rooms were suites with an extra double bed, two tvs. Exceptional value.
Terrible service. Shabby rooms.

I was traveling with my dad and 3 kids. We booked a double with a pullout bed, and the room they gave us wasn't that. it was a king and a double. I didn't want to share a bed with my dad, so had to request a roll away. Staff was just rude during the ...Read more

It might say renovated, but atleast we did not feel so. The front desk staff was not friendly, infact she was on a phone when we went and she was still on the phone when she handed us the keys. So we thought Sheraton would have staff who would make ...Read more

The Sheraton Suites Philadelphia Airport is one of the best hotels we've stayed at to date. As the name suggests, you get a suite and not just a room. We arrived before check in, and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. They had our room ...Read more

I was expecting more, but given the price I paid it was worth it. Restaurant options are poor. Recommended nearby hotel restaurant, which was even lesser quality. Near Philly sport stadiums.

My room was equipped for handicapped and I did not request handicap in my reservation.

This hotel is rated 3.5 star but was more like a 3 star hotel. The dining menu was very limited, free internet service is only available in the lobby (the hotel has 8 floors), $10 a day for room Internet service, and no microwave in the room. For a ...Read more

Roomy suite room and a soft, comfortable bed. All the rooms open onto the center atrium. Convenient via shuttle to the airport and to the train into the city. Note the $7/day parking fee. Plenty of comfortable furniture in the rooms to sit in, and a ...Read more

Only glitch was the way we booked (discounted) eliminated refund possibility. Son's surgery was delayed at last minute, thus we checked out 3 days early. Would have been nice to be able to carry forward for a month. Quiet, clean, nice.
