Convenient, Comfortable and Friendly Hotel

Our family stayed three nights at the Courtyard Buffalo Amherst hotel and had a most pleasant visit. The rooms were nice and clean and beds exceptionally comfortable. I would definitely recommend it for a family stay in the Amherst area. The housekeeping supervisor even called to check if we were satisfied with our room and housekeeping service

We stayed here overnight because we had an early flight the next morning. The customer service here was excellent! The staff was friendly even at 4AM! We were able to leave our car there while on vacation and got a free shuttle to the airport and back when we returned. They also had a computer station set up in the lobby to print out your boarding passes. The hotel room was clean and satisfactory. We would definitely stay here again.

We were suprised how great the room was. It was very clean and comfortable. We would not hesitate to go back. There are no restaurants within the immediate vicinity of the hotel though.
