We checked in on a Friday night, we stayed through the weekend, checking out on Monday. No towel change, no maid service. We requested a non-smoking room, the hall that lead to the first room we were given smelled of heavy smoke. On Saturday morning we saw the maids on our floor so we assumed that we would get maid service. We made several request for clean towels and was told to come to front desk to pick them up, this was on Sunday night. At check out the desk clerk told us, we should have read the sign, "No maid service on Saturday and Sunday". We only asked for clean towels. The price for this hotel was the same as another hotel two blocks away that we stayed at before and that hotel is definately worth the money. On a positive note this hotel is in a very good location. A Publix across the street, Westside Medical Center at back, Broward Mall two blocks away and lots of free parking. I would not rate this as a 3 star hotel. 2 stars at best.

every year me and my mom would take a mother/daughter trip to florida. i first heard about this hotel from a co-worker who stayed their while doing school. and it was better then he said. from we entered the door they staff was very helpful and always wearing a smile. their breakfast and snack time is a great idea... it gives you time to meet the other hotel guests. the rooms was clean sheets and towels nice and soft. everything about this place is great. if you are looking for some where to shop, just to spend some time with love ones or just to relax... stay bridge is the place.

keep up the good work. you guys are doing a great job. it's all about going above and beyond to please your guest . once again....... GREAT WORK
Would stay there ANYTIME while in Florida

My wife & I got a chance to stay here this trip and we LOVED the place! We do enjoy having a place to prepare our own meals and we enjoy taking rides around the area so, being "out of the way" was a bonus for us. We hope we can get reservations here EVERYTIME we go on vacation to Ft. Lauderdale!

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are large and the staff is friendly. Staybridge are generally nice hotels. They have high speed internet access for $9.95/day.
