Close to train station, parks, and the downtown area. Walking distance to shops, cafe's etc.
Not very helpful or friendly. Room was old and small but very clean. Beautiful park across the street. We loved Reims but I would stay somewhere else. Although they were good about keeping our luggage for a while after we checked out. They could do a lot better with friendlier staff.

A delightful city that provides a quick, easy getaway from Paris. The cathedral is impressive and the champagne tours are definitely worth the trip. The hotel is clean, neat and tidy, but does need updating. It is, conveniently located near the train station. Restaurants, bars, shops, fountains and flowers are only minutes away. The hotel serves an excellent breakfast (there is a charge) and the staff is incredibly helpful and customer service oriented. I would definitely stay at this property again.
