Fantastic hotel - would definitely recommend

Have just returned from a 1 week stay at the Ramada's Ludington and had a brilliant time. First of all the location is excellent. The hotel is very modern and very clean with contemporay decor throughout. The bed was very very comfy (and huge!). The bathroom was great with a bath and separate walk in shower. Overall, the room is clean and it has all the ameneties (fridge, microwave, iron board n hair dryer). The reception staff were very friendly and the service great. Free internet access, a nice extra touch. They also let us have the room for an extra few hours on the day of checkout, no charge, no fuss - really helped us. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food. The breakfast was awesome. Overall well worth the money and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service.

would never stay here again !!
locked out of my room three times because of there cards, no hot water in my bathroom sink, bar in the hotel closed at 9:30 on a Saturday night, got a 5:30 am wake up call I did not ask for. To many other places to stay at than this place.Manager offered 25.00 back, not good enough for my worst experience at any hotel.

Myself and my wife stayed here for 7 nights and i have to say that this hotel is excellent. the rooms were large and very clean and the bathrooms again were large and clean. Staff were very attentive and i had good fun with the bar staff. overall i would tell anyone reading this review to stop wasting their time reading about other ludington hotels as the ramada was perfect..........i spend around 6 months per year in hotels because of work so i should know !!

My family and I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a great experience. Check in wasn't until 3:00 and they said they would call us on our cell phone as soon as our room was available. We couldn't believe it, they actually called an hour later and we were able to check in early. We were very impressed at first with the room: all the fixtures and furniture looked new and stylish and extremely clean. The beds were new and extremely comfortable. The free breakfast included coffee-regular and decaf, eggs, muffins, danishes, bagels and cream cheese, yogurt, several choices of juice, oatmeal, fruits, several choices of dry cereal, milk, breads, waffles, on and on. It was amazing how nice this breakfast was with the low price we payed for the room. Definitely a bargain. We loved the complimentary 24 hour coffee bar in the lobby. Everything was clean, updated and more than adequate. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant and affordable stay. We have nothing negative to say, we would stay here again!

Dirty....No restaurant...Outdated....Under staffed. The owner is running the hotel into the ground at the customers expense. Do not book at this hotel. Many other hotels in ludington to stay at. Our stay was aweful. I do not like staying at a hotel where the room reflects 1979. So outdated and the in room spa would never meet the health standards in place...Beware! The law requires that proper plumbing be in place and you have to wonder how this ramada has managed to maintain the standards that ramadas are suppose to be known for. Corporate has not been to this site but should be. Anywhere else gang....This is not a 4 smile hotel.
