WOULD NOT WANT MY WORST ENEMY TO STAY HERE!!!

My fiance, kids, and I were in Ohio on vacation and for me to meet his mother. We reserved rooms online. The pics looked good, but when we pulled into the parking lot it looked like an abandoned ghost town. That was only the beginning. In the lobby the furniture was faded and dirty. The baby grand piano was in terrible condition. I knew this was not the place to be. We were given keys to our room and the room was worst than the lobby. The furniture did not match, water stains were on the ceiling, the bathroom had mold, the carpet was dirty and the room was stuffy and smelled like mildew. We told the staff that this was nothing like their website, they stated we could not cancel because it was after 5pm. I contacted the agency's main office, their parent company, and advised them of the conditions. I advised the staff I had their headquarters on the phone and was demanding a cancellation, they agreed to cancel. The hotel agency made us another reservation up the street in one of their newer hotels for our entire stay. I advised the Hotel representative that they should be ashamed to let this hotel bare their name. I would never go to this dump again ever in life.....and would not recommend it to anyone else.
Please unless desperate DON'T stay here.

Couldn't be found in system. Room reserved was Non-smoking room received was smoking. Swimming pool is out of service due to a busted pipe (that has been busted for quite sometime) requires 34,000-40,000 to fix. Playground had 2 baby swings. Felt like we were being watched. Never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel before. Would never stay here again. The only good things about this place was the location in regards to where we were going (actual site looked like it was abandoned) and the fact that it was sooo cheap. Never again will I go by price or pics on the internet.

Does not meet fire safety, dirty, garbage everywhere outside, rooms were not cleaned next day we were there 3 nights, after complaining we were moved to other rooms(upgraded) but not much improvement, and the promise of 2 free nights still has not shown up on my credit card. Wallpaper peeling off walls, mold in the bathrooms, rooms stunk carpet felt sticky, cobwebs, staff either unable or unwilling to give good service. Completely unsafe!

Ok hotel, it says 24 hr shuttle to airport but once we were dropped off and stranded they tried to tell us no shuttle in winter, when thats not what i was told. quiet, no one else was there. Beds little hard.

This hotel does not meet its ratings. It is very run down and I was the only guest checked in on a Friday night. That should explain it all.
