"Checked in and the first room was unlivable-dirty everything. The next room was not much better but we were told this was one of the refurbished ones, so we decided to let it go as we were staying but one night. The service was non-existent . The staff were rude
STAY AWAY! poor maintainance, no help, noisy, worst hotel ever!

This was to be our honeymoon. Door lock did not work at all, no one to help, we pushed the refrig over the door for security. no coffee for coffee maker, ironing board with no iron, towel rack falling off, shower curtain falling off, front of safe broken off, no hangers, plumbing fictures for bathroom in the closet, workers making noise till 8pm, TV didn't work, then when I fixed it, the remote wouldn't, clogged shower heads, 6 things pluged into one outlet so I had to keep wiggling it to make things work. Beds were old with springs for the base, loose headboards. Front desk offered no help with the bill except "they were sorry". The valet parking was the best thing there followed by nice towels, tile floors, new bathroom vanities and patio doors. The details were overlooked for sure. We stayed as a convience to our cruise and didn't want to move and start all over.

We were kind of expecting what the other reviews stated, but we went in with an open mind. The hotel looks nice from the outside and inside. The location is excellent, right on the beach. When we first checked of course we got greeted by the extra charges which was $5 a day. (incidental charges) or so they call it, which wasn't bad compare to the other hotels in the area. Then we went to take a look at our room. To sum this up the 1st 3 rooms were like swimming pools with mold around the A.C. unit and ceiling. By the time we got to our 4th room it was decent. The bed was horrible. I swear up to this day my body aches. The staff at the front desk has no consideration. The room service sucks. How do you expect to clean someones room without replacing the room with fresh towels and washrags everyday. Luckily for us we read the reviews and walked with our own, until they took one of ours. LOL! They are so hilarious. Lets talk about this Tiki Bar. Soooooo overhyped. The only thing there that taste good is the pizza and they even tried to over charge us for a meal. Thanks to the bar manager X, thank god they have someone reasonable there, he helped us out. Bartenders, stuck up! Our stay here at the hotel not a good one. Could do much better with better management and workers. All they care about is taking your money. Try putting more into your hotel and customer service, then you would make more money.

To say that this hotel was a dumb is an understatement! We stood in line for 30 minutes before we were checked in. Our reservations were completely wrong. When we asked for a manager, we were told there was not one available. We we finally saw our room, Room 300 we felt we needed a bath. The room was shockingly bad. We walked out immediately and left the hotel. The whole building should be knocked down and buried! Please don't waste your time with this one.

We were really nervous about it because we read some not so good reviews. But the staff was sooo nice, especially considering the fact that we called down with our questions (dinner reservations, cabs, etc) about a million times. Bar was clean and nice. Pool was amazing. Beach was clean and nice. WOW
