When my husband walked into this hotel the first thing he said was,"wow! And you paid how much." he couldn't believe that a hotel this beautiful was so affordable. This is by far the best hotel!!! Everything was fabulous from check in to check out. We checked in a few minutes early and the front dest clerk was very customer friendly and is great at her job. The bell man "boxer" was so helpful and he really knows his stuff! He loves helping people and it shows. I will always stay at this hotel becasue it is phenomenal!!

As a first time guest at the Westin Bonaventure, and a formerly very frequent traveller, I give thei hotel high marks for service, cleanliness, convenience and amenities. The only negative was a slightly worn carpet in the room. Bedding and bath were first rate, with a dual head shower. I read another review that dinged them for lack of hot water, but thats a case of taking a shower out of prime time. The same would occur in any high rise apartment. The lobby is a nice place to recierve guests with numerous dramatic fountains. The only other negative was a rather steep parking rate. I likes the rang of food available from casual food court (not tried) to Marcellos which is quite good with excellent Calamari and reasonable prices. The Brew Pub (?) is also recommended because in addition to the bar ambience, it is possible to get a quiet table to unwind at with a 'burger and a beer.

This is a beautiful hotel... from the outside and the lobby... but once you get to your room, or if you want to do anything more than sleep, then forget it. There were so many things wrong it is hard to remember them all, but let me try: Room was OK, but carpet/wallpaper looked a bit worn. My room was missing the robe that was supposed to be there -good thing I noticed this right away so I wasn't charged for it at the end. The business center was closed on the weekend. There was no ability to have clothes laundered on Sunday. Restaurant twice delivered bacon in an omelet that was ordered specifically w/o bacon. The vending machine was not functional on my floor, nor the three floors below mine, but was on the floor above me. My T.V. got fewer channels than my co-workers -one person with a suite had different channels in the bedroom T.V. than the living room T.V. One of our three rooms wasn't cleaned until 8pm on one night. Ordered wake-up call never came one morning. The worst is that upon checkout, all three rooms were supposed to be placed on one card, we specifically went and talked with front desk and presented the new card. Now there are varying charges on three different cards and billing has been unresponsive -they don't answer or return phone calls and it has been 2 weeks since the stay... so far this is costing me $*in charges on my card that shouldn't be there. This is not the level of service you should get for this type of hotel/cost. Stay somewhere else and Westin, sort out these problems, it hurts your brand. Concierge was, however, excellent on two occasions.
Bad expierence

I hated parking, it was unclear and confusing. I had no idea where to go and nothing was clearly marked. Staff was friendly and curtious. The room was small for the price. Was not what I wanted or expected for what I payed. We had to leave after 5 hours of staying, because people were rude, and the expierence was stressfull as a whole.
