Fantastic Hotel in this Category

Have stayed in numerous hotels in the USA, Asia, Australia, Europe and Britain. In this 4 star Category we found this Hotel and staff to be among the best anywhere. Staff great and very helpful, facilities good and for Australians who are not used to (and loathe) tipping nothing but understanding tolerance and friendliness from service staff.
One last point after travelling the world for weeks on end, the beds are heavenly and a great way to end a trip.

Nice Hotel, close to everything that I was attending and rail system was 4 blocks away for any other travel I would have needed. It was convient to shopping, resturants and staple center.
Poor service, expensive Parking ($42.00 per night) and small rooms.

I was very surprised to experience such poor service. I left 3 messages for the night mangaer to call without any results. One of 3 days we were not given clean towels and the room was left without service. I will not return to this hotel again.

My best friend and i really enjoyed our stay at the Westin Bonaventure. The staff was friendly and the rooms were great, not to mention the hotel was beautiful. And the bed....OMG it was incredibly comfortable. So yeah, overall, it was a great stay and we really enjoyed everything about this hotel.

Staying at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel and Suites in Los Angeles was a real treat. The staff was friendly, the room was wonderful and the hotel itself was exquisite.
