I have never seen anything like this before in my life. The rooms were filthy and had crusty white stuff on the blankets. The rooms smelled so bad of mold that we couldn't keep the doors closed. There were dead bugs everywhere. They moved us to an "upgraded" room which was barely tolerable. There were lizards and bugs in the new room. Don't even think about bathing in the tubs. Stay away!!!

Motel was very noisy. Even on the 3rd floor. Overall outside of motel was dirty. Can't figure out how they got 3 diamonds fom the travel website. Maid kept forgetting to restock items in bath. If your looking for a quiet place to relax, this place isn't it!!

We were confirmed for queen garden patio. They do not have any queens (travel agency missed that one) but we did not receieve the garden room either. Was told elevator had been broken so might want to take the stairs - did not bother to tell us there was 2nd elevator. Room smelled HIGHLY of cleaner, so much so it was like they were trying to cover up something. Towels were old worn out rags, with holes even. Matresses were way past their prime. No breakfast, but we knew that before hand. Old carpet. No room safe. Smaller pool. Not worth more than $40 max! Will not return!!
Don't ask for towels

Although I found this property satisfactory, my biggest issue was not gettting laundry service. Upon arrival for a family of four, we had only 2 towels and one washcloth. We had arrived at 3:00 a.m., so went straight to bed. We woke up at 6:00 to go to an appointment we had, so I went to get more towels and washcloths. I was told that there wrere not anymore, and I would have to wait until 8 o'clock. I asked for a MGr, but he wouldn't be in until 7:00. I politely explained that the four of us had to have showers and leave for the morning at 7:15, so I really needed the necessities now. Too bad. I did check back at 7 o'clock and asked for the MGR. She summoned him and told him I needed towels and washclothes, to which he gave me an extremely diryt look. Shocked, I turned and left with him chasing me to tell me he would bring the things later. This scenario happened again 2 more times. I find it unacceptable that anyone with prior check-in arrangements noting the number of people in the room would have to beg for linens everyday. Won't be staying here again.
Room was musty smelling and damp

First room we were given smelled musty and was damp. The bed linens felt damp, there was mold growing in the bathroom and there was a lot of mold on the shower curtain. The bathroom floor and entry way floor were wet and slippery if a shower was taken. The second room was better, no musty smell or mold in the bathroom. However, the tub didn't drain well and we were not given enough bath linens for a party of two. The pool was beautiful and clean. There is no restaurant or bar on the premises, which was inconvenient.
