Family Fun at a Great Value

I was more than pleased with my family's stay at the Daytona Motor Inn. The staff was courteous and helpful. The studio room was spacious. It had a full kitchen, save an oven, so that we were not required to eat out everymeal. The kitchen also had a new tile floor. The room also had two queen beds in the bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The air conditioning worked very well, and my wife and son thoroughly enjoyed the two pools that were available to guests. We also made use of the three gas grills located near one of the pools. You cannot beat the motel's proximity to the boardwalk and ocean either. It is merely a 1 and 1/2 block walk to the boardwalk and slightly farther to the ocean. We had little need to use our vehicle while down, there save to do some grocery shopping. I would definitely stay there again and recommend the Daytona Motor Inn to others. My family is actually considering booking our next year's vacation already and planning to stay there. We do think we would like to stay in one of the motels apartments, which offer one or two room bedrooms in addition to a bathroom, kitchen and living room. It would have been nice to be able to watch television somewhere other than the bedroom, but there is so much to do in WIldwood that we spent little time watching TV anyways.

We booked this last minute. We were booked into a room that couldn't accomodate my family of 5. Good thing we called on our way down, the manger did get us into a properly sized unit. Good location, 1 block(walk) to the boardwalk, not right on the busy ocean front avenue. The room was your average motel efficiency suite. Clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Our unit didn't have a deadbolt on the door, and the bathroom door didn't lock, but that was our only "problem" They have gas grills available and a small patio/picnic area. 2 clean pools. Plenty of little stores within walking distance. We will be back next year for a longer stay.
One note, good idea to call and confirm you reservation.

I stayed in an efficiency with my stepson. we spent the week fishing. The room was ok. The price was very good. Overall it was a good experience.

the room was vey well keep very quiet the only thing the pool closed at 8pm maybe should keep it open i little later .the management very helpful we got there later then the check in time and they came down once the office was closed.

Came to visit US Coast Guard facility. Found Daytona online. Place was nice, clean and maintained. Gentleman behind desk was very friendly. Very close to Wildwood Boardwalk short blocks walk. Near good Resturants.
