I've stayed at alot of hotels and this one was great. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I hope I get to stay there the next time I'm in town.

Two of my friends and I (all UT alums) stayed at this hotel for the UT/Vandy game! Great location...walked to the game and to great restaurants/bars downtown. The room was clean and comfortable for three and the view was incredible. Trey that works with Valet is second to none and the lounge downstairs was very nice. I have found the best hotel in Knoxville and will stay here everytime I return. Loved it!
Would stay again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is a great location. Rooms are extremely clean, airy and bright and the staff is top notch. We don't plan on staying at any other hotel while in Knoxville.
Excellent choice in Knoxville.

This hotel was all the way around Excellent. From the Valet to the Front Desk staff. Very helpful and friendly. And the location was in walking distance to all the down town happenings. This will be my choice of hotel if ever traveling back to the Knoxville area. Keep up the Good work
