Great Meeting

I stayed here during a recent Meeting for our Company. The banquet staff did a great job taking care of us and making sure the Meeting was a success. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants to plan a successful Meeting experience.

I recently stayed at this downtown hotel and the Staff went up and beyond what service I have gotten in the past at other hotels. The food was great and our server in the Restaurant was very attentive to our needs. I'm sure I would stay at the hotel again

I recently had a chance to visit Knoxville and the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Everything about the hotel was great. When I checked in the person at the front desk was friendly and attentive, the Bellman assisted us with our luggage and parked our car. Our room was also very nice and the Restaurant was great. I am sure we will want to stay there again when we visit Knoxville.

The Crowne Plaza Downtown is great. We were within walking distance of (20-25) great places for shopping, food and Nightlife. I was only in town for the weekend but I wish I could have stayed longer. I'm sure I'll be visiting Knoxville again and I will be sure to stay at this Hotel. the staff at the hotel were also very helpful in giving information about the surrounding area and things to do.

My husband and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza on Nov 25th 2008. The staff and the front desk greeted us with a warm welcome, as well as the bell boys. The beds slept great! One of the best nights sleep I've experienced at a hotel. I recommend the all you can eat breakfast buffet. The rooms were very tidy and the hotel was very safe. Not to mention they accept pets! I would definately stay at the Crowne again. I had never really heard of Crowne Plaza's before, but this hotel is definately upscale and I recommend it.
