Don't be deceived

The hotel rooms look nothing like the pictures here. The cost is deceiving too, they are going to get all the money they can out of you. The parking fees are outrageous. Also, they charge you for all calls, even local ones. It is directly in downtown which puts you close to the tourist attractions but, it is also extrememly loud. This hotel is certainly not worth the money. it is no nicer than the average budget motel, just pricier.

good staff at check in;
the rooms were small and not particulary better than an ecomony hotel; the restaurant was not very good.

Stayed for 3 nights. Had an excellent view of the Space Needle on the 6th floor. Room service and food from the restaurant was EXCELLENT. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy to get to Pike Place Market and Seattle Center either walking or with taxi service (hotel will call for you). Would definitely stay again, though the beds are a little uncomfortable.

I picked this hotel from the great reviews on travel site. I was greatly disappointed. The hallway smells musty. The staff was not helpful when I called about the internet and the restaurant was terrible. There was a part of the ceiling exposed and a ladder sitting out in the middle of the restaurant. For as much as we spent on our meal -- there are a few amenities I expect. The only good thing was the great grocery store across the street from the hotel.
