stayed at the omni a few weeks ago! The room was so beautiful and the bed so comfy. The lounge was nice and the bartender made an awesome Cosmopolitan. The people who work there are so friendly and accommodating . We were only there one night and we felt like we were somewhere special. My husband and I want to go back for a weekend, the place is awesome' So much to see so much to do( took a long walk did some shopping) and the restaurant we ate at was really awesome. It was called Nineteen. We asked for somewhere nice to eat they called us a cab made our reservations!! The food was great and very affordable. The breakfast the next day was so delicous. When we had to leave we were so sad to go it was so much fun. We highly recommend this place.

Staff were great!! very attentive, brought my son a bag full of fun things to play with. Staff knew all about the area and were very genuinely friendly. Hotel is beautiful and the room was comfortable and spacious. I would definintely stay there again. Minutes walk from everything in the city. Great location for travellers. Pool was great, very clean and relaxing, lots of great spa options that I didn't know about, definietly great for a romatic weekend. Food was pretty expensive in the hotel, but walk 2 blocks and there are dozens of great restaurants.

Stayed at the Omni with 3 friends..for a girls getaway..staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable....except for lack of mirriors..which we did point out to the hotel mgt.
We spent one afternoon at the spa and made full use of it...services at the spa were worth every penny. Pool area is small but clean. Yes there is an issue with the hot tub and not being able to run the hot tub when the room directly behind it is being used...but hey it's not a big deal... Hotel is in a great location ..plenty of restaurants and historical sites within walking distance. Went to the Sunday brunch..it was delicious and very well worth the $50 pp. We would all stay at this hotel again.
Have a complaint? Staff doesn't care!

Went to take a swim and use hot tub with my wife after a day of doing the tourist thing. Got in the hot tub and staff member rushed over and turned it off. Appears that one of the treatment rooms is located behind the hot tub and it was disturbing an 80 minute treatment that had just begun which we felt shouldn't be our problem and that the hotel shouldn't utilize that treatment room if it inconvenienced other paying guests. Went to change, and my wife got hot melted wax over her as a huge candle was located right near dressing area and sinks.
Bottom line complained at the SPA and at front desk. The best anyone could do was offer my wife to take a hotel robe. No real apologies. No good faith efforts to make restitution on not being able to utilize a perk that you paid for when registering as a guest.

One of the best big-city downtown hotels I've ever stayed at.
