Sad Deterioration of Service

What a shame! This was a beautiful Hotel, still in a lovely location. But the rooms have been "downsized" and the service has been too. We have been many times in the past, and were so disappointed. Some corporate person thought of all the ways to save money, at the guests' expense. From the food to housekeeping, everything has gone downhill.

My husband and I went on a rare get weekend getaway. I was thrilled to get a good deal, but was less than pleased with what we got. Our room was in the fourth building, overlooking the parking garage-although it was camoflaged with trailing roses. We still heard car alarms all night. No hairdryer in room. Tried to go for a walk on the beach but found just the marina. Spa was fantastic! Highly recommend the massage! Overall, disappointing for a supposide high scaled hotel.

My sister and I was there for 6 nights and the service and rooms were great i will recommed to all my friends that travel out there.

If you like tons of screaming children, dogs everywhere and bad service then you should stay here! The rooms are very comfortable with large balconies but the service was terrible. The cocktail waitress in the lounge ignored us, the server in the restaurant took 15 minutes to come to our table after I asked the hostess "If we had a server". They allowed a large dog in the restaurant and the patron was not blind. We will not go back!
