Pictures can be deceiving, the location is perfect, but the management is uninterested.

This hotel had good customer service. I was very disappointed in the shuttle service as it was a cargo type van that was in need of repair. The driver was very friendly and drove respectfully but as an end to my vacation this seemed to cheapen it. The location of the hotel is awesome. Very nice walk to the Pike Market and other places.

"Great location, small rooms"

The hotel is located just a few blocks from the wharf and within walking distance to the downtown shops and malls. My friend and I booked a two double bed room. It was very clean and cute in its old charm. The rooms are very small however. It didnt bother us since we spent most of our time outside of the room. But I wouldnt recommend it for people with children or if you need alot of room. The staff was extremelly helpful and friendly, even calling a cab on our behalf. For the price and location, I would stay there again.

Not Bad at All

You know after reading some of the reviews, I was a little reluctant to choose this hotel. It is a little older and the rooms show that. They are smaller and there are a few cracks in the walls, but the staff was nice and the bed was one of the better I have slept in. The cable TV was hazy, not something the hotel can really do anything about. If you travel by rail, the hotel is 20 minutes walking from the King Street Station which was why it was attractive to me AND if you go to Seattle to see football or baseball, about 5 more minutes of walking. I'd stay again.

Unlike many chains that feel like you'e staying in the suburbs, this hotel feels very much like life in a CITY. If that's what you're looking for, it's great.
