Drity terrible Hotel

I went online to find a hotel for a quick night stay in Seattle. Unfortunatly I decided on the Executive Hotel Pacific. The good news it is located in Downtown Seattle. But that is about it. The rooms are so small you have to go outside to change your mind. The rooms are dirty and the bathroom can hardly fit one person. No joke. Try and close the door in the bathroom. They tried to update the place but failed on keeping it clean. STAY AWAY.

Nice hotel

Checking in was no problem and the room was nice. The hotel is older so the bathrooms are small. I was up on the 8th floor and so it was fairly quiet. The staff was friendly and so was the housekeeping crew. The hotel is centrally located and most things are within a 10 block range. When it was time to leave, I needed a cab to the train station (didn't want to haul the suitcase) The hotel shuttle driver gave me a ride over!

Great Location Reasonable Rates

We really enjoyed our stay here. Front Desk was very helpful, Seattle's Best Coffee is in the lower part of the hotel (spent many mornings there) really great service and excellent drinks. Rooms are small but given the price very reasonable. Older hotel but kept up considerly well. Local area is great convient to everything. Overnight parking costs were consistant with most bigger cities. Only issue we had was the town car taking us to the airport, the driver was in a HUGE HURRY, (fear for our lives fast). We made it to the airport in one piece but would prefer to go a little slower.

I paid for DIRTINESS

I and my Fiancee stayed here for a medical appointment April 22-23. We checked in late. The hotel decor lobby scams you thinking you are getting a great room. The lobby was great.. the check in gal was wonderful. We got up to our room., it looked ok. But on further investigation.. the tub was stained with dirt marks. I wouldn't put my dog in this bath tub let alone a kid or myself.. The bathroom floor had hair all over it. The bathroom mirror looked liked it had been rubbed with dry soap, it had a residue you could see. The bed sheets were stained...and more HAIR... DISGUSTING.. The windows wouldn't open.. the light bulbs were out. Maybe the room, got a lazy housekeeper from the night before. Given the price, it was the best in town. But given all the NASTY things found... Wouldn't stay there again. Unless armed with a gallon of bleach and rubber gloves. TO GIVE TO THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF. If you like to sleep in dirt, with a somebody's body hair--other than your own. This is the PLACE for you!!

Sweet Little Room walking distance to Pioneer Square

When booking, I was given five different choices for the same price. I chose the superior single queen room, and got one much like the pictures on the hotel website. Cozy, with a chair. The linens were soft and expensive-feeling. Right across from the downtown library; in the 'hood with other posher hotels, took maybe five minutes tops to walk to Pioneer Square. Yes, the building is probably 70+ years old, but that gives it a lot of charm. They've updated things that needed it, but left the good bones of the building. The valet parking is cheaper than what you would pay to park on a regular public lot. The staff was kind, considerate, and immediately helpful to all my requests. My window wouldn't open, and the guy at the desk came right back up to my room and opened it for me (I had expected to have to go back to my room and wait for help). Plenty of restaurants, even vegetarian and a vegan grocery within walking distance. In-room wifi seemed fast enough, but then I have dial-up at home. No weird, overwhelming smells (or something trying to mask the weird smells). Everything was pleasant and clean. Their cable tv choices weren't my faves (no MSNBC). Room had a coffee pot but only decaf left for my coffee pleasure. Thank God there was a Seattle's Best in the lobby. There are a couple of short sets of stairs to get to the elevators or SBC. Did not see any alternative routes (ramps). Did not ask.
