Comfy, welcoming hotel, didn't look or feel like a chain outfit.

Quote: The room was spacious and comfortable. Although located on a busy thoroughfare, the room was quiet. The sitting area was great for playing cribbage at night. Will definitely stay there again on future trips.

Quote: Our stay was great! We just stayed one night due to our shopping trip, so for the price you can't beat it. The staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Rooms were nice and clean. I would definitely stay there again!

Quote: Room size was average - could easily hear other guests talking in their rooms. Used the laundry - one of the two washers was broken. Breakfast area small compared to the number of rooms - got crowded, but service was good. The best part was the... Read the full Country Inn and Suites Williamsburg review

Quote: My stay at this hotel was enjoyable. Rooms were spacious and clean. The only drawback was the customer service; upon trying to call the front desk, my calls went unanswered and when I went there to speak to the staff in person, no one could be... Do not use web

Quote: I requested a room for 5 adults, yet web gave us a very small room with only 2 beds. It was not a suite so no sofa and no room for a rollaway bed. So one of adults slept on floor. Hotel booked so no way to upgrade. Hotel was ok-good, 31/2 stars but... Read the full Country Inn and Suites Williamsburg review

Bad experience

Quote: Room was very musty and damp. If you've been tent camping in humid weather, you know what I mean when I say the pillow felt damp. There was also a definite mold smell. Switched to a different room that was slightly better, but with same... Read the full Country Inn and Suites Williamsburg review

Quote: The location was ideal. Within minutes of all Williamsburg area attractions. Not on the major business route so not traffic noise. Room was very quiet, no noise from adjacent rooms. We had a suite for 3 nights. Nice to sit and unwind in the... Read the full Country Inn and Suites Williamsburg review
