Stayed only one night but the stay was very fine. Comfortable room, quiet (didn't notice any fire stations nearby as one reviewer complained), friendly staff. Extremely convenient location, safe and close to historic attractions.

The beds were a little hard . the walls a little thin and the hot water a little sparse but the staff
was very friendly and the location was the best. Would stay again. thanks

Took my daugther to a historical tour of Philadelphia and the location was the best. Only one block from the US Mint, 2 blocks from the liberty bell and Independence hall on one side and great restaurants and entertainment on the other. The hotel has good service, comfortable rooms and beds and has the ideal location if you want to explore the best of center city. Took long walks at night and the area feels secure. Will definitely book this property again.

This hotel couldn't be in a better location. Very close to the Liberty Bell and other historic sites, and only 2 blocks from the subway which allows access to all of Philadelphia. My room was clean and bright and the staff were all polite and helpful. Definitely recommended - nothing fancy but much less expensive than other area hotels.

check in time was late - 4pm. We arrived at 1:45 and was told that we were too early and our rooms were not ready til 4 pm. They did hold our bags with the porter while we went out and then had to come back to check in. If your staying here don't come early!
