Since I travel to this area frequently to see my son and his family (two-year old triplet grandchildren), I need a nice place to stay. The Hyatt fits the bill to a tee. All rooms are like mini-suites with a living room area, and separate bed area. There is a desk and free internet to even set up a temporary "office."
The front desk people are helpful with everything from giving directions to local restaurants, to giving wake-up calls at 4:30 a.m.
From this teacher, this hotel gets an A.

It's a big chain hotel with a small friendly feel. The "bar" is really just a section of the lobby small and intimate. And I often offered the TV remote to pick what I wanted to watch. Also a great place to get that 10:00pm decaff latte just before bed time. The rooms are great!!! You can work at the desk, relax on the couch (with or without your laptop) or lay on the bed, all different areas of the room. And having the small fridge in the room is great for keeping some bottled water cold for your day's trips. No real restaurant, but a limited quick bite menu. But there are plenty of restaurants close by, even within walking distance. If I'm in that area again, I'll stay there.
Great hotel!

Beacause of unforseen circumstances, we had to check-in late (after 12!) The young man at the front desk was very helpful, cheerful, and accomodating like he was welcoming us into his home. There were nice pastries, snacks, and assorted beverages available for sale, even at that late hour. We purchases slices of coffee cake that were warmed up for us. Delicious, great midnight snack after a long day. The room had an urban, modern feel to it. Very clean, roomy, and my teenaged daughter loved that large flat-screen TV.The beds were extremely comfortable. the complimentary breakfast the following morning was strictly continental, but omelettes and other similar fare were available for purchase. Hyatt should advertise the complimentary breakfast as continental, so there would not be expectations of hot items from customers. Because we got such a great rate, we did not mind buying something more substantial for breakfast.
I would definately stay in this hotel again. I wish we could stay longer.
